ASE-Certified Technicians
All Vic's Vehicle Technicians are ASE-certified at the very minimum. Many of the team have a selection of certifications, covering the entire spectrum of auto repair.
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a group set up to provide a framework for those who work in the automotive industry. They set minimum criteria for workshops and have created a demanding certification system to test the abilities of auto technicians.
If someone is ASE-certified, you can be sure they have the abilities to work safely and diligently on your car.
Experienced Professionals
Certification is valuable, but it's far from the only quality a good automotive technician needs. As with any industry, experience counts for a lot. The sheer number of vehicle types, manufacturers and models means nobody can know all of them. The same as not everything can be taught in class.
That's where experience comes in. Our experienced guys have many years behind them. It helps them work fast and accurately, and is especially useful when diagnosing faults. There is very little they haven't seen, experienced, or worked on between them, which helps us and helps you.

A workshop can be a busy, noisy place with a lot of different things going on. The workshop environment has to be controlled to ensure vehicles don't get damaged, parts don't get lost, and that nothing untoward happens to you, or your property.
